Waking up today was much easier than past days.
Probably the easiest of all the previous days. The alarm went off at 5 and I felt like I was going back to sleep, but I kept my mind awake while waiting for my body to wake up.
What I mean by saying ‘keeping my mind awake’ is that I kept my mind thinking about things rather than having it drift away. I also checked email which helped me keep my mind on things other than sleep.
The night before, I had dinner around 6:30 pm and didn’t have anything else which may also have contributed to the ease of rising early.
Tomorrow is Friday, I’d love to finish strong this week!
