Wasabi Project: Project Early Bird Day 7

6:15 am.

Waking up today was also very difficult.  5:00 am had turned into 6:15 am.

I am now able to get up before 6:30am without much problem.  Still having problems sleeping before 11pm.  Slept around 11:15pm last night, which does not aid in waking up early.

Other contributing factors to difficulty in waking up:  Went to the gym till 9:30pm and had a piece of chicken with salsa right before getting ready for bed, probably a bad idea.
