Goal was to sleep at 10pm the night before. I was able to get into bed at 10, but not able to sleep.
Having the window open, there was still a lot of noise from cars/people up and about. Was able to go to sleep around 11.
Had dinner around 9:30, which may have contributed to not being able to sleep. Dinner was very light, mostly vegetables.
Waking up was extremely difficult, groggy and heavy. Ended up sleeping in for another hour after the alarm went off.
