Wasabi Project: Project Early Bird Day 3

I woke up at 7:30 am.  I’m not seeing improvement.

Couldn’t sleep at all the night before.  Mind still racing at 12am.  Alarm went off at 5:00 am, but there was no way I was able to get up.  Slept in and feel better today.  Will go to the gym early tonight and will attempt at 5:00 am again tomorrow.
